2 guys and a smoker no longer. What started as a road-side shack on the beach in Rye has expanded into a team of hard-working chefs, burgeoning pit-masters, creative bartenders and some great local people from seacoast NH.
We brine, grind, char, cure & smoke meat from scratch in house. We make our own BBQ & hot sauces. Our menu changes frequently & we always have small batch specials available with fresh sourdough breads & house-made ferments.
